FreeFlow

FreeFlow

The FreeFlow technology operates on the entire well system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It not only protects against paraffin crystallization and scale formation in tubulars but also extends the working life of downhole pumps, valves, and other equipment by slowing down fouling that causes premature failure. Flow lines, pumps, tanks, and separators are also protected. FreeFlow is very easy to install on the surface at the wellhead, with a completely non-invasive installation that does not disrupt production.

paraffin precipitation.

The FreeFlow device allows for paraffin dewaxing in the required areas in the shortest possible time and with significant economic and environmental impact (no use of chemicals and no need for the system to be shut down first). The FreeFlow device prevents corrosion of casings, production strings, flowlines, separators, and waterflood infrastructure.

Scaling Issues

Scaling is one of the main problems that can reduce the effectiveness of the internal diameter of flowlines, production pipes, and can damage ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps). The FreeFlow device enables breaking down scaling in the necessary areas in the shortest possible time.

How does FreeFlow work?

FreeFlow – Cutting-edge Technology : The magnetohydrodynamic shock resonant frequency signal is transmitted to paraffin, asphaltenes, and scale. This signal breaks down the agglomerated molecules into smaller ones
