HSE TRAINING
PT TOTAL SAFETY ENERGY continuously conducts HSE inductions and training for all new personnel who join the company. Competency development and training plans are also implemented for all employees to ensure they understand the relevance and importance of their job functions and how they contribute to product/service quality, customer satisfaction, and the company’s goals. PT TOTAL SAFETY ENERGY also measures and evaluates each employee’s proficiency level based on mandatory or optional requirements. The effectiveness of the training will be documented in the Training Plan by the Department Manager and employees.
